George Nkosi is a founding partner of SGW Tax Advocacy Group. He previously served as an IRS GS-14 Senior Revenue Agent and National Subject Matter Expert in Compensation & Benefits within the Large Business & International Division (LB&I).
His examination experience includes large businesses, partnerships, high-income taxpayers, closely held entities, executive compensation structures, employment tax, equity awards, and deferred compensation arrangements. He participated in the development, training, and deployment of IRS examination positions involving complex technical issues.
At SGW, George leads examination strategy and technical analysis. His work connects issue development, supporting documentation, procedural review, and coordination with the client’s existing advisors. He also contributes to TaxAdvisor360’s examination workflow development.
